Acupuncture not only excels at treating pain. In my clinic, I treat so many patients with dificult cases like neuropathy, hormonal imbalances, thyroid issues, and Lyme just to name a few. Each acupuncture treatment is different, and it is based on palpation to understand where the root cause of your pain or illness is coming from. I tend to use 1-3 needles except in neuropathy cases.
